The crafter only does minimal changes to the product. If product does not turn out well. They do not give refund or entertain you. The entire purchase process is filled with "traps" to ensure you do not have any refund rights. They however document every email/transaction between you and them for credit card disputes in their favor. They have disable posting on their facebook wall to ensure no complaints get through.
