iGongZai.com - Bad service, Bad quality.
The service at igongzai (Suntec) is damn bad. And the comments stated above is true. I have ordered 3 figurines from them, but none of them look alike. I would say only the hairstyle looks alike. When comparing the photo with the end result of the figurine, they are totally different face/person. And the paint work sucks. if there is any defects on the 'body' itself, they can't change it or amend it. They just told me that all their stocks are like that. Worst thing is, they broke the hair tip of one of my figurine's head, and they just stick it back pretending nothing happen and expecting me to accept the goods without me noticing. In the end, i still took it home as they need 2 weeks to redo the head which by then Xmas will be over and there's no point to give it to my friend after Xmas.
During that day when i went to collect my figurines, another lady customer also requested them to do the customised mug with a 2 baby photo pic. The lady customer is not very happy with the end result as the photo is too blur. Then the sales girl (short hair wearing specs) claim that the photo resulotion is not good, but the lady customer told her that one of the photo resolution should be better than the other, but the better resolution one is even worse. So the sales girl reply that the printing is like that, even if they redo another one for her the result will still be the same. So the sales girl ask if she still want the mug, the customer didn't want it and wanted a refund. But only $5 can be refund, as the rest of the value is bought via deals voucher, and those cannot be refund. For this case, i can only say that probably the printer to do the mug is a lousier type of printer. If the printer is good, then the quality should be fine.
So please be careful if you intend to purchase any thing from igongzai. Because the end result may not be what you think/like. And there's no way you can contact the managers/bosses to complain about the service and quality of products, as they will be overseas and the staff will not know when they will be back. The only way to make complain is via facebook or email, which is handled by this sales girl who pissed me off. She is supposedly the one-down of the boss, but can't help you much with bad service and don't know the where about of her own boss. I think they are one company who doesn't care about quality but profit. very protective of themselves.
Overall, i would strongly not recommend igongzai. It will be my first and last purchase with them. My recommendation if you are looking for another company that does what igongzai is doing, would be the Red Dot Comcept. Their service and product is much better.
Sorry for the long story but i really can't stand the quality of the goods and the service staff.
