I flew from paris to lyon december 2010; luggage was lost, i declare this, get a ref n°. 2 days later they offer that i buy first necessities for up to € 100. I did. My luggage turned up next day. Since 6 months, dozens of phone calls, emails, faxes, recopying my dossier and talking to foreigners in call centers I get told NOW that unfortunately it is too late to make a claim???????
