I booked a hotel in NYC for two adults (me and my sister) and they gave me one queen size bed with no option to change refund or cancel. Needless to mention when you book your reservation through Hotwire, Benjamin hotel treats you like second class citizens and someone who could not afford their actual price. Also Hotwire has made an agreement with credit card companies not to cancel or dispute. Consumers ast their total mercy. Americans should avoid doing any business with this company and report them to BBB and FTC. If we step aside they will take advantage of more and more people. read full review »
