Grand Crowne travel sells memberships to its travel club for $10, 000.00. For this the member is supposed to be able to buy airline tickets, cruise tickets and stay at posh hotels for greatly reduced rates, not available to the general public. Also, the members are supposed to be able to access resorts not advertised to the public. Sounds Wonderful! Well, the reality is that when the member gains access to the website they find the rates are not any better than on Orbitz, Travelocity, or any other of the many online travel companies.
