Century Link has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with . The people I talk to make promises, then when my bill comes it is totally different. I have emailed Century Link, and written letters to their corporate office and all have been ignored. Very unhappy with this company. I was promised to pay no more than $119. a month for business phone and DSL. I have been charged as much as $162, because of their mistakes. My bill is never the same, although my service has not changed. Comcast is such a better company. read full review »
