I was closing on my house and after I closed an auto draft came out so I tried to get a new payoff letter from cooperate and i was on the phone from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm and was told by 2 different people one that was a supervisor that they would send it and it never came so the next day I started again from the local branch and they told her they would fax it over in 5 to 10 minutes and they never recieved it.
