We built our house in 1996 and paid $6, 000 more than a competitive bid from Anderson to have the great Pella windows installed in our house. In 2003 we had 3 windows replaced due to window rot.. They were just out of warranty, so I had to pay $600 to have them replaced/. In 2005 we had another 3 windows replaced due to window rot to the tune of $600?. Today we have another 12 windows that need replaced at the cost of $4500..
