Placed order on 5/11/11, 4 rims/tires totaling $1499.00 which was billed to my account 5/12/11. The sales rep assured delivery no later than 5/20/11 and advised to call if I still hadn't received them. After at least 10 emails and voicemails by me I finally reached a live body today 5/24/11 who said "Oh yeah, we had to customize them for your car and they will be shipped out today". He then transferred me to his manager who of course wasn't available. Today I filed a complaint with my bank. PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! read full review »
