I have been shopping at the Connecticut Avenue Washington DC CVS (#1354) for twenty years and have been served by the cashier Al for at least five years. Last night I purchased a pair of reading glasses, went across the street for dinner and realized the side piece was sprung and one of the nose pads was missing. I returned to exchange this pair for an undamaged pair.
