Did more research online and located another website for HLD Grant Help Order.com. This site showed the same telephone number that cannot be accessed since it results in a connect and then a dial tone. The number as we have all tried is 888-662-8762. I did cancel online and was given a confirmation e-mail; however, the e-mail stated that I would not receive further billing, but that my cancellation would not be effective until after the current billing date.
