I had a package that was scheduled for ground delivery on or before May 14, 2011. It shipped on May 6th and was accidentally mis-routed back to the shipping location on May 14th. The best that UPS says they can do is to ship it to me by May 20th. They say there's nothing they can do to correct their mistake - except to send me a letter of apology (after my request).
