I returned a pair of shoes due to the size issue on the next day I received my purchased. I received an email indicate that return will be credit within a 10 days period. As of today, it's been over 10 "BUSINESS" Days after the return package arrived to their Return Center, and I still haven't received my credit back to my CC. I have tried to contact Customers Support twice, but they replied with an automatic message with no further response. Obviously they are not willing to issue credit back for return.
