They will always give you a reasonable quote ($100 in my case) and will ALWAYS then offer you $5. While you can negotiate a better price than $5 with them (I got $90)...why bother? Do you really want to deal with rip off artists whose whole business is bait and switch? I mean if they give you a run around on the quote like they did to me do you honestly think that they "erase" your personal info like they say they do? This is not a reputable business.
