I purchased a new set of Bridgestone tires plus the lifetime alignment policy. I have routinely taken my car for regular tire rotations and alignments. Yesterday, I find out my tires that have less than 30k miles are wearing uneven and will need replacement in 4k miles. The reason from Firestone, my car didn't have alignments! I have paper work from all the times I took the car in and now find out that alignments weren't being done.
