I did not have any contract with Platinum Online Group for membership or any other services. I did not receive any money or products from them and never asked to become a member. I applied for a student loan from Sallie Mae that asked for my information but was not approved because I didn't have a cosigner. I don't know how Platinum Online Group got my account information but I definitely did not authorize for them to withdraw $99.00 from this account!
