I had a netspend prepaid card so I would not have to use my real credits cards when buying over internet or paying some bills, I had a problem with the company when I didnt have the funds on the card and they paid a bill that was not authorized to be paid, they said that they had paid the bill because then they would deduct it from monies I would deposit later, I told them I didnt authorize them to pay any bills for me especially if the funds were not on the card, I then told them to cancel the card and they refused saying I needed to pay them... read full review »
