More than 2 weeks ago, the manager of customer service stated that she would refer my complaint to a higher authority and that I WOULD GET A RETURN CALL. To date, no return call has come to me.
When attempting to order two books for my NOOK; the order wad declined and I was asked to call a number which I did immediately. I WAS ROUTED TO THE FRAUD DIVISION. In October of 2010, I challenged a charge on my credit card. It was resolved (I thought). Now, BN says that I must change charge cards on my account to be able to use the NOOK account... read full review »
