This agency did not disclose penalties and costs relating to airline ticket name changes. A name had to be changed on an airline ticket and the penalty was 100% of the ticket cost. We had to purchase a new ticket. This was not disclosed to us anywhere before purchasing the vacation package. This Travel Agency was taken to small claims court because they refused to reimburse any costs. The State of California has an act called the "Sellers of Travel Act" which states that any disclosures be in writing and signed by both parties. The... read full review »

STAY AWAY from these companies - Car Parts Wholesale, US Auto Parts, Parts Train, Fullfillment Warehouse, All OEM Parts, Auto motrix, Select A Part. These and others are all owned and operated by the same people. They sell horrible aftermarket parts and the refund policies leave you without your money. They will short your shipping costs, if any, on returns and will try and buy you off with a percentage of what you originally spent. The products are complete junk without any quality at all.
