I signed in on day 3 of my subscription planning to cancel. When I logged in to find out you had already charged me for 30 more days. Looking at the terms, I was about 3 hours later than 72 hour cut off, all because I didn't get to take care of my personal computing needs in time to cancel before it was automatically renewed. I am a medical student traveling for rotations- I do not have access to a computer to take care of personal matters during the day while I am in clinic.
