I write to enquire about two issues. The first, a FINANCE CHARGE, is actually affecting my monthly Jewelry Accents bill. Specifically, as of my February 2nd statement I am being assessed a $1.00 recurring FINANCE CHARGE. Why? It simply appeared and smacks of bill-fee cramming.
