Ideeli's shoddy customer service is something I had only heard about...but I have proof now. I have never heard a business tell me that they will not send me an update on my shipping estimate if in any case the merchandise does not ship within the designated dates. It is sad that only after I told the agent that I am going to post this conversation on this forum, did she offer to send me an update about my order.
