Repeatly failed to pick up trash and recycling over the course of 8 months. You have to call their office to have them come and pick up trash, and then they will only do it on their weekly schedule. Phone "customer service" reps are downright nasty and rude, when you can finally get them on the line. In several cases the trash was at the end of the driveway for 2 weeks, yet "American" was not interested in making sure service was conducted as contracted.
