I was offered free detailing for my Mercury Mariner next time it was in for service. They called later that day saying the car was ready. I asked about the detailing, he said "what detailing?"?. So they kept my car another day". When they called the next day saying it was ready after only 3-1/2 hrs I knew something was wrong!. My car hadn't been detailed/.
