Delayed order because I was shipping to a hospital and they didn't want to ship there unless it was an extended stay. My god son had brain surgery and was going to be there for two weeks, so I explained I did know what I was doing, but that with the delay I just wanted to cancel the order. The "customer service" rep wrote back with, "We have posted all over our "get well" products that we do NOT ship to hospitals.
