1800mattress is a dishonest company that is horrible to work with. Their products are sub-par and despite their posted policy of a 'comfort exchange' if you are unsatisfied, most purchases are final and cannot be returned OR exchanged. When my mattress was delivered, it was poor quality and not what was advertised on their site so I asked to have it put back on the truck (another one of their policies that they do not honor).
