My bag was stolen off a coach America bus last weekend. It contained $2, 000 worth of fencing equipment in it--very difficult to replace! I've been on the phone with Coach America representatives in the Durham office for probably three or four hours since then, but although they HAVE insurance, they REFUSE to file a claim for me!
