Bought a boxset of 32 dvd's from above company, who also went by the name of TvDVDStore.Net, they are also advertising on sponsor link on e-bay., going by the name of www.DCMagicBox.com. www.TVDVDMania.com, and www.TVShowMonster.com., my order was through tvdvdstore.net, bu the credit card I used was charged to tvshowmonster.com., very dodgy don't you think. H ave reported this to e-bay, they say it is Google that i should complain to but can't get in touch with them, maybe someone else may have more luck in getting... read full review »

I PURCHASED DVD SET FROM THIS COMPANY IN USA I PAID BY DEBIT CARD, THEY ARRIVED TO-DAY IN BROKEN VIDEO CASES FROM CHINA, HALF THE DVD'S DON'T PLAY, I SEEM TO HAVE BEEN SOLD CRAP GOODS. I SENT AN E-MAIL STRAIGHT AWAY TO SOME GUY WHO CALLS HIMSELF 'MIKE' (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) HE DOES NOT ANSWER E-MAILS, THERE IS NO RETURNS LABEL OR PHONE NUMBER, OR EVEN A PROPER CONTACT E-MAIL ADDRESS, ALSO HE SEEMS TO BE RUNNING HIS BUSINESS UNDER 2 OTHER WEB NAMES. Ordered and paid for a Dvd boxset through TvDVDStore.net, they took the payment out of my account on the 26.11.08. 2 days after taking my order, but they have not informed me of the shipment, or given me a tracking number. Have a feeling I've been SCAMMED, more fool me, does this mean I won't be able to get my money back, I paid by Debit Card. These people should be chased and put inside, I hear they keep changing their web-site name, when people try to contact them. THIEVING B...DS!! What can I do now... read full review »
