I have done everything possible I know to get my payment on time to Chase Health Advance and I am the lose every single time. I am a teacher and I am payed once a month. I pay all of my bills on the 30th or the first of the month and they all receive my payments except these people because of the penalties. I have tried calling to change the date, make the payment over the phone, give them a blank check to make the deduction every month and it is always a no or a penalty.
