I applied for this card on-line because it said that you could help re-build. This was suppose to be a card for people with less than perfect credit. The card arrived shortly after applying for it. I called and activated the card and was informed that my credit limit was not $300.00 but actually $50.00. The majority of the funds would go to a one time set-up fee.
