I was promised that U-Verse would have Israeli channels which was quoted by the telephone sales person and verified by her supervisor. During the course of the installation on 03-Jun-11, the technician checked with his supervisor who said that the work order was for service including an Italian channel, but no Israeli channel was available. I ask him to abort the installation and return my service to the existing DSL on my main phone line, as before.
