Ordered a Mother's Day gift, they held it up, they have a copy of an email addressed accurately to me that I don't have in my mailbox saying there was a problem, they never initiated another follow-up till the cancellation of the order weeks later. I called, agree customer service was patronizing, unapologetic and unhelpful. I asked the order be sent. Just received another cancellation notice 2 weeks after the call with no explanation.
