Good luck trying to cancel your account. Hotmail deliberately creates a run-around where it's impossible to cancel if you've ever linked your Hotmail account or MSN ID to "any paid Microsoft service." They will fail, however, to TELL you what such service may be. It seems like their business model is this: make it impossible for free users to cancel their accounts so they can artificially inflate the number of users they have. read full review »
