capital meats delivered to my house for years, and the meat was good, , now occasionally i had some bad meat, but i never blamed someone else because i couldnt cook it right. half of u probley dont even know that you cook a steak frozen right outta the freezer. and another thing is it doesnt matter what meat you buy, in store, buthcher, grow your own, if you dont cook it on low heat and let your busy life's take control of your cooking temps then you'll always have a "tuff" steak. if you eat at a resturant and you dont like... read full review »
