Two years ago I replaced all of the windows in my house with Pella fiberglass double-hung windows. The installer was DHD, the authorized company in Westchester County, NY. 10 of the windows have problems. So much air comes in that I have to stick insulation in the windows. I've called over and over again and have been told that the windows and installation are no longer under warranty and I will have to pay for any service. After paying over $10, 000 for this debacle, I'm livid. No one returns phone calls. Don't use these windows or these installers. DHD handles Westchester and Long Island. read full review »
