I take issue with the fact that the Complaints Board has provided an avenue for blatant libel while attempting to provide a service to assist people in making wise decisions. With this and other similar on-line resources used to vent negative experiences, care should be taken to ensure comments are made to help individuals make wise decisions not to make libelous comments with the explicit purpose of defaming people.
