I stayed at Augusta Towers Hotel On March 4, 2006, and I was very disappointed, I was in room #229, the bed was very uncomfortable, it was like I was sleeping on springs.Because the bed was so uncomfortable I did not get any sleep. When I was checking out I told the receptionist about the problem and she said she would let the manager know, which made me feel like my feeling were of no importance, as a paying customer, one should never feel as though their thoughts and feelings do not matter. read full review »
