I purchased the Sensa weight-loss system free trial on February 8, 2011 through the phone after hearing an offer on the radio. Since then I have received two more packages that I did not order and $149.73 have been charged on my credit card account without my acknowledgement. I have tried once and again to contact Sensa over the phone to be on hold for so long that I finally have to hang up. I was on the phone for as long as an hour and fifteen minutes one time.
