a TV advertisement to call an 800 number for florida vacations and other vacations packages. Company took my credit car and charged an especified amount. I've been trying to call the company to make reservations but neither of the phones, website or other information I found in the web can connnect to an actual person. Phone lines are disconnected adn website is not an actual site. My money was taken in exchange of NO service or product. Due to personal information in documents proof will be sent upon request.
