I bought a fridge in 2004 with 10 yr warranty. Third time the defrost mechanism has malfunctioned, resulting in the fridge becoming warm and the freezer extra cold?. Electronic part had to be replaced.. Today's service rep, Gabriel, was so unfriendly from the start, no eye contact, barely mumbled hello, etc.. Took freezer apart then said I will need to replace the electronic part which will cost a lot of $$$?. Didn't believe it had been replaced in the past or that it was still under warranty/.
