I have a savings account on TD Bank in a joint account with my kids for several years. As costumer I inquire about personal checking account. The fees and charges to use and keep such account were to excessive that I decided not to open that checking account. After 3 weeks I got a statement that such account was opened without my consent, no down-payment deposit, neither signatures accepting that account was done, and already with some charges for low balance and maintenance.
