I purchased a commercial 721D Lawnmower from Grasshopper Mowers in Mound Ridge Kansas on 1-15-05. at the cost of $10.918.00.This is over 1 Year later and I cannot resolve reapir or refund-exchange issue.After very slight use for ca. 2 months, the machine fell apart. It took almost 3 months to get them to initiate a repair. It sat in repair until Jan 06, they never notified me of findings or progress.Finally they said Grasshopper would not authorize any more work to be done.
