This is a rip off, because you think that you are getting a 30 day free trial, but in small print it is 15, which starts the day it is shipped. You don't even get your product until a week later but your 15 trail has started. So by the time you realize that you do not want it you have passed your 15 trial and can not get your money back. I also think that it is only one person that mans the phones. I called on 3/23/09 how in the heck do I call on 4/4/09 and get the same person? read full review »
