I ordered a cd set one time only on my card for $8.00 . now they are accessing my account for $79.95, for which i did not knowingly authorize. i do not want any more purchases !! i want my $80.00 put back on my card asap! they started the process on april 4, 09, and i did not authorize any purchase from them on april 4th. will you please try to look into this for me and keep them from taking money from me, i am on unemployment and cannot afford to make purchases like this and need my money back asap. i would appreciate your help!
