We began conversation with this group to modify our loan. They seemed legit and after several phone calls, emails, and then an internet search, we signed a contract. Then, with three days to change I checked with rip-off and saw red flags! However, by then, the spouse had sent them a check for $3900. Needless to say, they went out of business shortly after that.
