Google Treasure Chest withdrew 72.21 from my account without authorization. I called to question the reason for the withdraw and to try and get my money back and was told that I was automatically signed up to have 72.21 taken from my account each month. I asked whom I was speaking with and I was only given a first name(Laura). I asked her last name for which she refused to answer.
