On March 25, 2009 'Rapid Rooter, Inc.', owned by Armour Services, came to my home on a service call regarding the backup of water into both bath tubs and toilets. It appeared to be a septic tank problem, so the crew removed roots that had occluded the outlet pipe into the septic tank, jetted the line, and pumped the tank to nearly empty.
