We renewed the 2 year contract, with new phones, about 5 weeks ago. I had reservations due to what we felt was extremely poor customer service before and was leery of them again, but we decided to give it another try. We received a defective phone for our son right off the bat. When I contacted T-Mobile, they assured me it would cost us nothing to return it through UPS.
