I recently received an unmarked envelope via mail. Opened it and found a check for $4, 750.00 deductible from my total 'winnings' of $253, 000.00. However, tax fees applied and they instructed me to send $3, 410.00 to a Canadian tax agent. I called 'claim agent' Micheal Moore under the phone number given to me (778) 862-3099 but was directed to a voicemail account that was full.
