I applied for a $200.00 loan from 200cash.com. They deducted the one time non-refundable fee of $19.00. I was to wait for a notice stating whether I got the loan or not. I signed all necessary papers and faxed back to the. This occurred around 4/11/09. On 4/21/09 my employer's payroll dept. notified me in regards to the wage assignment form, where 220cash.com wanted to garnish my payroll for $790.00 for non payment on loan.
